1.1. What's Uploadbox?

UploadBOX.com - is a free internet service for safe storage and transfer of files. You can upload and transfer as many of your files as you wish with no risk and for free as an overall disk space has already gone beyond 20 Terabytes and it continues to increase. With regard to communication speed we are using several Gb internet chanells which ensures high connection speed and access to your information from any part of the world so you don't need to worry.

1.2. Which file i can store and what's the maximum file size?

We don't limit you in the type of the files you can upload. That is you can upload any file type: document or video, photo or your film... Maximum size of one file should not exceed 2 Gb for uploading through web-interface and 4 Gb uploading through FTP, which is a record for all similar services.

1.3. For how long you will store my files?

Storage time depends on popularity of your files and the time it was last downloaded. So the files will be deleted within 30 days after the last download. If your file is popular and regularly downloaded then it can be stored for unlimited period of time . Please pay attention to Premium-account. Premium-account holders can store their files within 120 days since the last download or forever if the file is sometimes downloaded.

1.4. Can I removed my files?

Of course you can. After you upload a file you automatically get a link to delete this file as well. Also, if you are a registered user you can remove your file in your admin panel.

1.5. Can i look through the whole lot of files in your archive.

No. Any information stored at our website is CONFIDENTIAL. You can manage your files the way you choose. Your files can be available for download only through the link which is originally known only to you. So its only up to you to decide whether to keep the file in privacy or to share it with some people or publish the file link at some public resource.

2.1. Download speed.

Download speed from our service depends on 2 parameters: 1) bandwidth at the given moment of time 2) User status: Guest/Free or Premium user. Users without registration (Guest) and with free registration (Free) have low priority for download so they more often get low downloading speed. Premium users have almost no limitations and can download files at maximum possible speed. So, to have maximum speed while downloading you need to get Premium-account. It's easy and will take several minutes only.

2.2. Uploading speed..

Uploading speed is limisted only by our bandwidth and upstream speed of your internet channel (most of providers have lower upstream and higher downstream speed). From our side there are no limitations.

2.3. Can I use FTP to upload files to Uploadbox.com. If so, then how?

Of course you can. This function is available for registered users and works the following way:

• after you are registered in the system, our FTP server creates an account for you.
• To access FTP you need to use one of our FTP-addresses: ftp.uploadbox.com, ftp2.uploadbox.com or ftp3.uploadbox.com. Use the login and password of your account with Uploadbox.com.
• You can use any FTP-client to upload files.
• You can upload as many files as you wish. It's possible to resume broken uploads.
• After files were uploaded you can see and manage them in your admin panel within 10 minutes after upload

3.1. What's an account.

Account (account record) is login and password which are used to identify you in our system, which enable you to use our services, admin panel, take part in partner-program and competitions.

3.2. Which accounts exist and how they differ?

We have two types of accounts: Free and Premium. You can still use our service without registration as Guest user. Please see account types in comparison table.

3.3. Can i pay for Premium account through sms?

Yes, sure. Please go to "Premium" page

3.4. Can i pay for Premium account through Webmoney?

Sure. We accept Webmoney. For more detailed information please go here. To pay for our services with Webmoney you need to go to "Premium" page and choose the suitable payment method. After that please follow instructions. When the payment is done you will be automatically redirected to our website.Within seconds your payment will be confirmed and the service will be paid.
